We are a family-founded philanthropic organization based in Houston, TX and Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India β serving communities across the USA and India through food donations, student scholarships, health camps, 5K runs, and more. Every initiative is rooted in love, compassion, and the spirit of giving.
Founded in Guntur, India, the Yarrabothula Foundation expanded its heart to the United States, tracking a 35-year journey through Hyderabad, India & California, Tennessee, Alabama, and ultimately Houston, Texas. In June 2021, our family relocated to Houston to seek advanced care for Neeraja Yarrabothula as she bravely fought metastatic breast cancer. Following her passing on August 23, 2025, the foundationβs US chapter was established in her memory. Today, anchored near the Texas Medical Center and guided by a family dedicated to medicineβincluding oncology and cardiovascular healthβwe bridge our deep roots in Guntur with a local commitment to supporting cancer patients, families, and underserved communities across the regions we have called home.
Every action we take falls into one of three pillars β nourish, educate, and heal.
Food distributions, grocery packages and free water supply reaching hundreds of families across USA and India.
See Food Programs βScholarships, school supplies, exam fee sponsorships and mentorship programs for students in the USA and India β opening doors to brighter futures.
See Education Programs βHealth camps, blood donation drives, CPR training, breast cancer awareness walks, and preventive healthcare clinics β because good health is a right, not a privilege.
See Health Programs βFrom temple food distributions to orphanage visits and scholarship drives β here's a glimpse of our recent work.
